Alright Foundation members, blog readers, friends and family. We need your help! Our goal is 200 hundred letters and we believe that we can do that and MORE. We have an opportunity to make people aware of Lung Cancer and its effects, through Oprah. (cool) The Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation has begun writing letters to Oprah asking her to do a show on "Lung Cancer Matters." We can do our part to help make society aware of this disease by sending letters and representing our foundation.

Can you imagine being diagnosed with LUNG CANCER and never smoked a cigarette or lived with a smoker? One of my dearest friends, Coach Rexanna Hawkins, swiftly and quickly lost her life to this disease and left behind many friends, family and students wondering how this could happen. After establishing Rexanna's Foundation, a very committed group is devoted to raising awareness that lung cancer is killing more people than breast, liver, colon, prostate, and other cancers combined. Please help us communicate this message, and plea, in memory of a vivacious, life-loving, amazing person.
